Most students bring the following luggage combination to Gaming:
- 1 large rolling suitcase/duffle
- 1 large backpack (40-50 liter hiking backpack is usually good dimensions)
- 1 personal item, i.e. a regular backpack or satchel
Another suggestion is also bringing a collapsible day-pack along on your trips. You will most likely bring your hiking backpack for your weekend travels, as that’s easiest to get on and off trains with, but a bag like the ones on this page packs easily and lets you carry around what you need for the day without having all of your things to worry about.
